All EMCC Equity contributes to our Canadian Foodgrains Bank programming for food security, food assistance, and humanitarian response around the world.

This R&D General Fund is applied to the Humanitarian Response Efforts and Development initiatives, where it is most needed.

Ethiopia

Equipping rural teachers in agriculture conservation.

Target: $27,000 CAD (2017 - 2022)

Haiti

Join World Partners in assisting our local Partner Church (the AEM) people in providing Clinic staff support. Target: $125,000 CAD

The objective of this project is to train and deploy qualified health care professionals who will provide excellent care in under served, rural areas of Haiti.

Mexico

We assist the strengthening of the Church leadership of our Global Partner Denominations, and create resiliency by empowering Latin American leaders who will be able to accomplish this mission. Target: $20,000 

South Africa

Inundo Development is developing a network of Farming God’s Way implementers and trainers across Africa, who are modelling and passing on skills to address food insecurity, out of their life and character as followers of Jesus. Target: $600,000 (August 2021 - July 2024)

Providing modest grants to our partners for helping to mobilize churches to integrate development with the proclamation of the good news of Jesus' Way.

EMCC World Partners, in collaboration with Tearfund Canada, is partnering with our historic partner, the Ethiopia Kale Heywet Church Development, to benefit over 3800 Ethiopian households in the Zala District. Target: $210,000 per year, 2023 - 2026.

“Gardens of Faithfulness” is an initiative launched through Farming God’s Way which aims to be a key strategy in training people to grow food and implement a “One Home, One Garden” idea.

Partnering with the Pignon AEM Church to provide a home and Christ-centred care and services for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Over 50 boys and girls (aged 4-18) are given a loving and supportive environment, a life of spiritual vitality, healing from past hurts, support for their education, and nutrition.

Disciple multiplication among the poorest communities in Kolkata. The vision is to see these disciples reach out to their neighbour sharing the love of Jesus in word, deed and life, in effect, reaching out to the local community.

This work provides a place to gather and serve approximately 45 at-risk children and youth, 5 days a week from various neighborhoods in Kolkata.
