Shane blends his leadership within the UMS India, with that of a growing disciple-making movement known as Salvation For All Ministries. Through life-on-life discipling, Shane guides this growing network of people across India and nearby countries, which creates holistic outcomes for individuals and communities.

Through a needs-assessment process, SFAM gathers resources to respond to needs of others, demonstrating God's heart for those who experience lack. The results are that people experience dignity, and are given hope, community, and love in the name of Jesus. He and his family live in Kolkata, West Bengal.
