Dewit, Beverly - iTEE Canada/iTEE Global

Beverly Dewit is a global worker currently serving iTEE Canada/iTEE Global. She is the wife of EMCC credentialed senior Pastor Gerald Dewit, presently serving at Gentle Shepherd Community Church in Grey County.

iTEE’s vision is to promote worldwide, self-sustaining training movements that biblically equip church leaders and our passion is to multiply disciple-makers.

iTEE Global recruited Beverly in the fall of 2021, and she began working as a Global Facilitator/Trainer in February 2022. Since then, she has facilitated online courses in the Foundations of Christian Marriage Course, Transformational Teaching, Discovering the Bible and co-facilitated Galatians and the Gospel of Mark to 146 pastors and ministry leaders in 18 countries.

Beverly helped to start iTEE Canada to recruit Canadian Christians to help bring relationally-driven biblical ministry education to church leaders lacking access. Beverly is also currently serving as the Communications Director for iTEE Global.

In February 2023, she travelled with a group of iTEE staff to India to do Nehemiah workshops at two Bible Colleges, training 30 people. In November 2024, she travelled to the suburbs of Nairobi, Kenya, to teach the Transformational Teaching course in person to 41 ministry leaders. She is passionate about her work, particularly the marriage course because she believes marriage impacts generations. Beverly is a published writer of several short stories and has written devotionals for Lifeway and other church publications. Beverly also enjoys painting and doing family research in her free time.
