Range - 2 to 12 month
World Partners knows you want hands-on learning. But along with skill-development, you have the opportunity to learn from committed followers of Jesus who are making a difference in their communities, and actually be discipled and mentored by them, to learn how you can follow Jesus in the world. With on-going training, oversight, and support from Global Partners and Workers, you will:
- be responsible for specific community engagement and development initiatives,
- quickly develop basic skills in areas such as Christ-like leadership, discipling, empowering others, mentoring, community development, public speaking, and managing volunteers.
- benefit from regular co-learning conversations, trainings, and field trips designed to enhance your skills.
