Scott Clubine

EMCC Vice President

Scott serves on the EMCC National Team as Vice President where he works alongside the President and National Team to advance our mission and provide continuity.

Raised within the EMCC, Scott has served as a pastor within our denomination for over 20 years, and as Pastor of Hillside EMC in Mt. Albert, ON for the last 13 years. He ministers with a focus on helping others deepen their relationship with Jesus, leadership development, discipleship, and community engagement. Serving with a shepherd’s heart and an affinity for the next generation, Scott is also keen on developing effective systems and structures to aid in our Great Commission/Great Commandment mandate. He is passionate about facilitating the multiplicative growth of the Kingdom of God under the empowerment of the Holy Spirit within the lives of individual followers of Jesus, churches, and in our world. Within the EMCC, Scott has served as a GC2 coach trainer, on the Toronto Credential Interview Team, and as part of the EMCC Theology Commission. Scott also served for eight years on our EMCC Board of Directors, fulfilling the roles of Chair of the Personnel Committee and Board Moderator during this appointment. Scott is a graduate of the University of Guelph (Honours B.A., Psychology) and Tyndale Seminary (M.Div., Counselling).

Scott, Meredith, and their three children, Jacob, Olivia, and Sophie, live in Mount Albert, Ontario. They enjoy a life together filled with minor sports, dance, coffee dates, and rooting for the Toronto sports teams, often in vain. They are focused on seeking to be a presence for Christ in their community.
