Nicole Jones-Qandah

Director of World Partners

Nicole serves the EMCC as the Director of World Partners. Her primary responsibilities include assisting EMCC churches and credentialed leaders in their missional participation, providing oversight to our WP-Supervised Global Workers, and carrying the relationship with our Global Partners and Global Workers with other Agencies. 

Nicole began with World Partners in 2017 as a Grant-Writer and social media manager, transitioned to Engagement Strategist in April 2018, and then to WP Assistant Director from October 2019 - April 2021.

She received her Bachelor of Social Science, International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa (2012). Her international experience included service with World Partners and with Samaritans Purse, working in community development, sustainable livelihoods, and WASH. She is a Kairos(TM) 'Head Facilitator’, working alongside other passionate individuals to motivate people to join in God's mission.

Nicole lives in Calgary with her husband, Phil and their standard poodle Ferguson. Her compassion, heart for the world, and love for diverse cultures make it a joy to lead World Partners in guiding others towards healthy Global Mission engagement. She is committed to advancing the mission of learning with, connecting and mobilizing people to adaptively participate in Jesus’ mission everywhere.
