Please note that our 2025 EMCC Business Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 beginning at 1:00pm and requires a separate registration from your 2025 Assembly registration. Please ensure that you register for the 2025 Business Meeting as well as for the 2025 Assembly below.

2025 BUSINESS MEETING
The EMCC Business Meeting will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 1-3:30 pm MST. It will be held in a hybrid format. To ensure your opportunity to vote, please read the information below and then register for the meeting below.
- To vote, all Individual Members and Corporate Delegates must REGISTER TO ATTEND THE BUSINESS MEETING. Your Assembly registration is separate, and it does not register you to attend the business meeting.
- To vote, you must attend the business meeting in-person at the General Assembly venue, or on Zoom (with your camera on).
- We are using an electronic voting system this year. When you attend the businessmeeting in-person or on Zoom, you will need a smart mobile device to access voting links via your email.
How to Register
Registration is required for all Individual Members and Corporate Delegates. Because voting will be electronic, every member/delegate must provide a unique email address with their registration. Two individuals cannot share the same email address because each one will need their own email ballots.
For Zoom participants only:
Upon receipt of your registration and confirmation of credentials (voting status), you will receive your unique Zoom meeting link. This link is for your use only, please do not share it with anyone else. If you do not receive your link within 3 business days of registering, please contact assembly@emcc.ca immediately.
Information Regarding Voting
During the meeting, the electronic votes will be managed by SimpleSurvey. Founded in Canada, SimpleSurvey is a leading national provider of cloud-based solutions and services to support professional survey, voting and data collection needs. Every vote is a secret vote and SimpleSurvey will erase the voter information and electronic voting data results from its platform seven days after voting closes.
All voting members will receive an email invitation from SimpleSurvey several days prior to the 2025 Business Meeting containing general voting instructions and unique links to their personal secret ballots. The email will be from emcc-vote@simplesurvey.com so please watch for it and check your junk mail.
