YM ministry - Yeshu Mandli, an EMCC church (since 2014) located in Northwest Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a part-time Community Care Coordinator to join our team. 

YM started in January 2013 with a focus on bringing the Good News to the Diaspora with origins from South Asia. Our weekly worship service on Sunday evenings is intergenerational and over fifty percent are young adults. Many in our congregation maintain spiritual, business, or familial ties to their country of origin. This makes the scope of our ministry global. Our ministry utilizes social media platforms to be a blessing through these channels and relationships.

We desire to reach this community through community care, evangelism, and discipleship. We have the opportunity to engage in community care strategically through partnerships with other churches. It takes time to know the community and build relationships with those in need. Good missional leaders mobilize others to join hands and engage with the community prayerfully and effectively.  They faithfully use their capacity and resources to care for others with the love of God and to look for opportunities for spiritual engagement as they may emerge naturally during this engagement.

Remuneration is based on 10 hours per week.
