Several weeks ago, Kory Sikstrom was recognized at Impact Society's 6th Annual HEROES Awards Banquet held in Calgary, AB. Here is the tribute paid to Kory:

"Kory Sikstrom in just one year, has translated HEROES and HEROES2 materials and brought together a small team of volunteers to reach students in many schools in Craiova, Romania. With the many differences in the school system and lack of youth support in Romania, Kory and his team have tirelessly pursued what it means to be a hero in their community and have begun to reach out to local businesses in their city who have started to understand what impact could be had on their country's employability and success if they engage with and strengthen their youth. While we are focused on developing heroes across Canada, we can't help but be excited to share about the heroes that are being developed across the world too!"

"We would like to give a shout out to Kory and his team for his efforts with the HEROES programming in Romania for the HEROES Partner Award."

We thank God for Kory & Erin's faithfulness to their calling and for what God is accomplishing through them.
