1. Closing date for all applications is September 15, 2016. Applications to be forwarded to President@emcc.ca.

2. Is there an expectation of a high level of travel required and what might that look like?
    a. There is an expectation of travel in caring for the churches across Canada. Also, there are two offices in Canada that would need a visit about every couple of months. One is in Kitchener, ON and the other is in Calgary, AB.
    b. In addition and on occasion there may be some international travel involved.

3. Is there a specified location where the President would be required to live?
    a. The President would work remotely and therefore could live anywhere across Canada.

4. What if I am not an ordained Minister, may I still apply for the position?
    a. Licensed Pastors may apply for the Presidential position, if they would qualify for ordination with the EMCC by May 2017.

5. What is the timeline for the process?
    a. Application closing date is September 15, 2016
    b. Shortlist for those selected will take place Fall of 2016
    c. National Board affirms final candidate early 2017
    d. Installation occurs at the May 2017 Assembly using a majority voting process
    e. Start date would commence with May 2017 Assembly instillation
